I am a licensed psychotherapist in California and maintain a private practice in Encino. With a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and communication studies from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Phillips Graduate University, I primarily work with individual adults, college-age students and couples. My post-degree training includes work as a trauma-informed psychotherapist at West Valley Counseling Center, school-based counselor and parent educator at the David H. Fox Counseling Center, and I have certifications in the treatment of personality disorders and teletherapy. I believe that with the help of an attuned, empathetic, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, we can live healthier and more satisfying lives.
